The Short Version

Your photos never leave your device. ConvertHEIC processes all image conversions entirely within your web browser. We do not upload, store, or have access to any of your photos.

How We Process Your Data

All HEIC-to-JPG conversion is performed locally in your browser using WebAssembly technology. No image data is transmitted to our servers or any third-party servers at any point during the conversion process.

Information We Collect

• Usage Analytics: We use Google Analytics, Plausible, Ahrefs Analytics, and Microsoft Clarity to collect anonymous usage data such as page views, session duration, referral source, device type, and broad interaction patterns. This helps us improve the service.
• Conversion Events: We may record anonymous converter events such as files selected, conversion started, conversion completed or failed, and download clicked. These events include counts and status only, not filenames or image contents.
• No Personal Data: We do not collect names, email addresses, or any other personally identifiable information.
• No Image Data: We never see, store, or have access to your images.

Cookies

We use analytics tools to understand aggregate site usage. Cookie behavior depends on each analytics provider and your browser settings. You can disable cookies in your browser settings at any time.

Third-Party Services
